Dare To Row

GER READY FOR THE WORLD'S TOUGHEST ROW

The World's Toughest Row

The race formerly known as the The Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge takes rowers more than 3000 miles through the Atlantic Ocean from La Gomera, Canary Islands to English Harbour, Antigua & Barbuda.

For approximately 60 days, the team will be exposed to the caprice of the Atlantic, that is considered to be the wildest and most dangerous of the five oceans. Come and be a part of Maurizio and Tobias' most extreme journey of their lives and their campaign to clean the oceans from plastic pollution.

  • There will be no external support at any stage
  • Each rower will burn roughly 5,000 calories and consume 10 liters of water a day
  • We will be on a  2 hours row – 2 hours rest schedule 24/7 until we arrive
  • With a distance of 5,000 km, it will take approximately 1.5 million strokes to complete to cross the ocean
  • More people summit Mt. Everest in 1 year than the total of people who have rowed across Atlantic!
